What is your turnaround time?

We guarantee 35 day turnaround starting on the day after we receive payment for your order. Most of our orders are delivered at the 21-28 day mark.

 

Do you offer rush turnaround?

Sometimes you may require a faster turnaround than 35 calendar days. In that case, we will ask for a rush order fee deposit. If your delivery does not arrive in the agreed timeline, your rush order deposit will be returned to you. The fastest turnaround we can offer is 7 business days depending on the quantity and type of product.

What colors do you offer?

We have the freedom to make any design (unless protected by trademark or copyright) and use any color. Most of our gear is decorated using cut & sew sublimation. This means 100% of the outside surface of the fabric can be customized. We also offer screen print, embroidery, tackle twill, rubber print, foil print, and will be happy to try any other decoration style your project requires.

 

Can you match our current gear?

We can not guarantee that our gear will be an exact color match to any other gear that you have received from another company. In certain cases, customers can send items directly to us to be matched exactly. In these instances, please be aware that we will not cover the shipping fee of the gear you send. Also, the timeline of the matching process can be lengthy (shipping time from your location to our factory, color and material matching, production, and return shipping).
